I was helping an acquaintance and I had seen him in front of my eyes for a couple of hours. He received a lot of love from the staff. I was surprised! His shoulders are really broad and his face is tiny. Whenever we had an eye contact, he smiled. I spaced out in that moment. When he entered, and said ~Hello~~~ camera-nim, PD-nim like everyone asked him ~how have you been? oh you changed your hair color; oh you lost weight what to do~~ he was totally treated like a baby

OP is a fan but there was a time they worked at a Music Festival as staff on backstage. Baekhyun was on his way walking very fast but he stopped to greet OP, bowed 90 degrees smiling (anggeul) and said “You worked hard. Please go home safely/Goodbye” (formal speech) to OP then ran away. OP though maybe because they were wearing a staff sign so Baekhyun knew they were staff then greeted them. OP said as he was very busy, he could go pass them but he stopped and greeted them.

OP: At that time, I’m the Maknae of Maknae. Major job is to prepare lunch boxes for artists.
Baekhyun: Everyone has been working hard together, how can I eat alone?
OP thought to herself “An... he already looks like an angle but he’s really an angel”
Baekhyun even asked if the lunch boxes were heavy and helped her carry them.

My uncle likes Baekhyun the most. He said Baekhyun was very cheerful and cute. When the staff said ~We will do this this this~ Baekhyun responded ~Yess (cutely)~ and ran and jumped to his members excitedly telling the members ~~~ They said to do this this this~~ He said he had never seen Baekhyun coming out at the hallway, it seems he usually just stay inside the waiting room...? Baekhyun is like in charge of encouraging everyone and a mood maker of the group. He said the staff liked Baekhyun a lot. They said Baekhyun is amiable and beautiful.

When Baekhyun went to the US, PD of "Night of Real Entertainment" went to collect news, he said Baekhyun is well-mannered, courteous, and handsome.

This anecdote is from a SM's artist stylist posted in 2014 with staff evidence. She said Baekhyun’s manner was really the best. At that time too, when she came out from the waiting room to go to the stage for rehearsal, she went to the back of the stage. There was a drop-off on the floor there, but because there was no light and the place were surrounded by black tents, she didn’t see clearly. So she think she would fall down if Baekhyun wasn’t there. She was walking and Baekhyun was right in front of the drop-off and he was obviously staring at it. She asked him ~What’s it?~, then Baekhyun pointed to the floor. That’s why she said she didn’t fall down and didn’t get injured.
